The protesters will begin to gather on Cook Street from 1:30 PM. This is unusual as protests normally begin at the Garden of Remembrance.
They will travel up Winetavern Street, St Michaels Hill, left onto Christchurch place, Lord Edward Street, Dame Street, Lower Grafton Street, Nassau Street, Clare Street, Merrion Square West and Merrion Square South, where a stage will be set up and speeches will be held until around 5 PM.
It is expected that the march will take up to two hours to cover the distance and considerable traffic disruption can be expected as a result as a rolling road closure will follow the protest.
