The works will cause major traffic delays and some congestion during peak hours Motorists are advised to avoid travelling through the area at the affected hours.
Sight investigation began yesterday and this will affect Bray Main street, Castle street, Killarney road and the Vevay road from 9.30 AM to 7.00 PM on Monday 13th May,
Trench work on surface water drains will commence 14th May and localised diversions will be in place, along with traffic management stop / go operations for the duration of these works for a period of 3 weeks.
A stop/go traffic management system will be in operation for the duration of the works, from 09.30am to 7.00pm each day.
Southbound traffic on Bray Main Street will divert via Quinsborough Road to Eglington Road and Florence Road back to Bray Main street from Tuesday the 14th May,
Throughout the project different traffic arrangements will be put in place to facilitate the works , this will be constantly reviewed, with periodic notified updates of all changes during the scheme.
