Last Saturday Ireland played Samoa and a number of road works had an impact on fans travelling to the Aviva, this weekends game against Australasia is a sell out and will put even greater pressure on the roads around the venue.
Traffic lights will be switched off at 08:00 Saturday on the N4 at the Kennelsfort Road Jct and will be back on late afternoon, early evening Sunday. Lane Restrictions will be in place at all times.
Avoid Merrion Sq as Clare St, Merrion Sq West and Westland Row as they will have resurfacing works and lane closures over the weekend.
Sigur Ros are playing in the O2 doors for that are at 6, however traffic which will be leaving the game may wind up getting caught in traffic making it's way to the 02 on the East Link.
As with all events at the Aviva Stadium, a Garda Cordon will be in effect on the streets that lead to the Stadium. Only accredited vehicles will be permitted to pass by this cordon. All vehicles will be checked for accreditation.
Local residents, their immediate families, local business community will be facilitated at the barriers with proof of address. However proof of address does not guarantee entry through the cordon where high pedestrian volumes exist.
